On completion of this unit you will have the skills and knowledge required to apply good hygiene practices within a range of service industry operations. You will be able to: Follow hygiene procedures and identify hazards, report any personal health issues, prevent food and other item contamination and prevent cross contamination

Suitable for the Workplace, including those working in service and care industries. Course delivered by South Eastern Training and Assessment Pty Ltd Held over 1 day First Aid Level 2 with Anaphylaxis $135.00

Certificate I in Information Technology ICA10105
This course is for people who want to acquire basic computer skills required in an increasing proportion of job roles. You will develop the knowledge and skills required to successfully operate a personal computer and operate a range of application software applications, including word processing, spread sheets, databases, presentation packages, email and internet browsers. It will provide a foundation for developing further computing and information technology skills.

Certificate II in Information Technology ICA20105
This qualification provides the foundation ICT skills and knowledge for an individual to be an effective ICT user or employee. The units contain basic ICT skills and knowledge required for effective entry into higher qualifications from Certificate III upwards. The qualification introduces OH&S and skills such as communication and working as part of a team.

English for Children's Services
The English for Children's Services is designed in conjunction with the Children's Services course teacher .It is aimed at students whose English is around Level 2-3 who would benefit from English language support based around the content of the Certificate III in Children's Services Course. Students will develop the skills required to undertake the children's services course.

English for the Aged Care CHC30208
This course is developed in conjunction with the Aged Care course teacher. It is aimed at students whose English is around Level 2-3 who would benefit from English language support based around the content of the skills required to undertake the aged care course. Course content will be based around the competencies required in the Certificate III in Aged Care course.

Prepare for Work in Community Services
This course will introduce you to the skills needed to work in the community services industry. This is a pathway course that may lead to other VET qualification, career clarification and greater participation of community groups.

This qualification provides an exposure to work in the community services industry. This is a pathway qualification that may lead to a VET qualification, career clarification and greater participation of equity groups. It may also serve as a basis for workplace entry training for people facing barriers seeking employment.
