While COVID19 stage 3 restrictions are in place, Open Door is operating by dropping off food parcels to those in need. Please contact KLC by email or call (03) 9798 7005.

Open Door is an emergency food relief program, run by dedicated volunteers, and open for clients on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9.30 am to 11.45pm.

Open Door is available to people who who live within the City of Greater Dandenong and who hold a Health Care Card. It is also available for those seeking asylum and/or refugees. A letter or other form of ID is required.

Open Door provides emergency food to people who are in need of assistance.

Bread is available every Wednesday and Friday; milk is also distributed when available.

Food Parcels consist of a variety of non-perishable, fridge and freezer foods. Fruit and vegetables are also provided when available.

The Centre works in conjunction with the Resurrection Catholic Church Keysborough, the City of Greater Dandenong, Food Bank Victoria and Avocare to provide this service to the community.

You are eligible for assistance if you hold a Health Care Card or if you are an Asylum Seeker or Refugee.

Open Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9.30am - 11.45am (excluding public holidays and New Year closure).
